Sam Juergens

Sam joined us as a housing and community investment analyst in 2024 and is responsible for reviewing applications for our homeownership assistance programs to ensure they comply with program policies and procedures. 

As an undergraduate student at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Sam had an opportunity to learn about alternative investments and expand his knowledge about property development and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. 

He graduated from UMass Amherst in May 2024 after serving as an intern at MassHousing where he focused on secondary markets. A fitness enthusiast, Sam enjoys hitting the gym each day after work.

During the fall and winter months, he spends a lot of time cheering on his favorite football team, the Patriots.
