Milton collaborates with members and housing partners throughout Massachusetts who are using our Affordable Housing Program to develop and preserve housing for lower-income individuals and families and provides them with training, technical assistance, and other support.  


With a passion for real estate development, started his career as a real estate broker facilitating and completing  transactions across various product types.


Just prior to joining FHLBank Boston in June 2024, Milton worked for the nation’s largest privately owned commercial lender building expertise in real estate finance and the capital markets while originating and underwriting multifamily acquisitions and development deals with transactions up to $1 billion.


He is an alumnus of Project REAP, a program focused on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry through education, mentorship, and partnerships, and he established The Blueprint Boston, a platform which aims to increase diversity in Boston’s commercial real estate and development industry. Since 2021, he has also served as a national planning committee member for the Disrupt Development Summit and Black Real Estate Week in New Orleans.


A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Boston, Milton is fluent in four languages. 


Whenever he has a spare minute, Milton can be found exploring Gilded Age mansions or car museums or watching exciting polo matches in Newport, Rhode Island. Cooking and travel also keep him busy when he’s not focused on meeting the needs of FHLBank Boston members.
