FHLBank Boston Welcomes New 2025 Board Members
FHLBank Boston is pleased to announce its newly elected board members for 2025.
More About the Board of Directors:
FHLBank Boston conducted an election to fill one member directorship in Rhode Island and two independent directorships, each with a four-year term commencing on January 1, 2025.
- Gregg C. Tumeinski, executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company in Warwick, Rhode Island, was elected a member director representing Rhode Island.
- Thomas J. Curry, a retired law partner and regulator in Osterville, Massachusetts, was reelected as a public interest independent director.
- Antoinette C. Lazarus, regulatory, compliance, and risk executive in Hartford, Connecticut, was reelected as an independent director.
FHLBank Boston's board of directors is comprised of professionals with experience in financial services, housing and community development, real estate, risk management, and the law. The board includes member and independent directors from the six New England states who are elected by members to serve four-year terms. The entire board list is available here.
