Savvas Kalaitzidis

Relationship Manager

With a keen focus on customer service, Savvas is the relationship manager for more than 115 member institutions, including Housing Finance Agencies and Community Development Financial Institutions.

Prior to joining our Member Services team in mid-2022, Savvas spent seven years with our credit and collateral team where he most recently held the role of residential real estate analyst.

Savvas draws on his in-depth understanding of our collateral policies and how market conditions can affect our members’ loan portfolios to explain how our product offerings can help them meet their goals during any operating environment.

Prior to joining us, Savvas was a securities valuation analyst with State Street. Savvas earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and later achieved the Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance certifications from the Boston University Real Estate Studies Program.

Like many Boston residents, Savvas describes himself as a sports fanatic and enjoyed playing competitive basketball and soccer up through college. During the spring and summer months, he’s paying close attention to what the Red Sox are doing on the field, and in the fall is eager to cheer on the New England Patriots. Besides sports, his other passion is discovering new places on his travels with his wife and two young children.
