Homeownership Assistance Programs Training: Requesting the Disbursement

This online training session will educate members about FHLBank Boston’s guidelines for requesting disbursements when participating in the three homeownership assistance programs: Equity Builder Program (EBP), Housing Our Workforce (HOW), and Lift Up Homeownership.

Members approved for the 2025 EBP, HOW, and/or Lift Up Homeownership programs must complete this training before closing mortgages and requesting grant reimbursements. The session will focus on best practices for both pre- and post-closing, disbursement requests, and the required documentation.
